My main concern was the follow up on the part that had to be ordered. Was told it would could take a day or two for it, but it took two weeks from the initial meeting. Plus I initiated all follow up calls. The only time they called after getting the ok to the service needed, was when the car was ready to pick up. It left me feeling less valued
