Career Summary
Drew Juvan is the Vice President of Business Strategy for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company’s Americas region.

In this role, Juvan is responsible for developing business strategies that drive growth and profitability in the region. Additionally, he oversees all capital projects in the Americas, generates actionable insights for the America’s business unit and operations leaders and ensures process excellence across all aspects of the business. Juvan has also played a key role in Goodyear’s acquisition of Cooper Tire and leads the workstreams responsible for delivering the full value of the integration.

With over 20 years of experience at Goodyear, Juvan has held numerous leadership roles across the company’s Americas and global business units. He has a strong track record of delivering top-line growth, executing successful cost and restructuring initiatives, and leading strategic projects.

Juvan earned a Master of Business Administration from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Trine University.
