Michael Ross
Audit Committee Chair
Career Summary
Michael is the former CEO and Managing Partner of Conroy Ross Partners, a business advisory and executive search company. He previously held various positions within the consulting practice of Ernst & Young, including National Managing Partner, Entrepreneurial and Middle Market Consulting.Â
Â
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Business Administration degree from the University of Alberta. In addition, he earned the designations of Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants (FCPA) and Fellow of the Certified Management Accountants (FCMA), Institute of Corporate Directors, Institute-certified Director (ICD.D), and Certified Management Consultant (CMC).

In addition to serving on the Board of Fountain Tire Ltd., Michael currently serves on the boards of Frac Shack Inc. as Chair, Corus Orthodontists Inc. as Chair, G2 Integrated Solutions Holdings, FYidoctors and Norseman Group Ltd. Michael is past board Chair of a number of non-profit organizations including the YMCA - Calgary, Caritas Hospital Foundation and Grant MacEwan Foundation. He was also a Governor of the University of Alberta and Chaired the Board Audit Committee.

Michael has received MAAA (Hon.) Honorary Architect from Alberta Association of Architects, the Paul Harris Fellow awarded by the Rotary International Foundation and AFP National Philanthropy Day Health Award.
