HI Robert, Thank you for your feedback. I apologize if there was any miscommunication about the warranty on our tires. The tires you brought in for us to inspect for leaks were purchased from us 15 months ago, are in fact covered under our Road Hazard Warranty. If the tires are not repairable, like having a screw go through the sidewall for example, then we can replace the tire under a prorated warranty. It has been our policy since the beginning of 2016 that we no longer cover the charge of regular tire repairs. I believe one of the issues brought to us was that the tires started leaking shortly after they were installed, if they were brought back in or if we were made aware at that time we would have happily warrantied those repairs for you. Since the tires were leaking from the beads and it is entirely possible for wheels to develop these types of leaks over time even without being driven due to our climate from temperature, pressure changes, and corrosion from salting our roads, we now cannot confirm that the leaks were due to installation error or from natural causes. The associate that you had checked in with and the associate that had called you with the update about your vehicle both attempted to inform of our policy so there would be no surprises when you picked up your vehicle. Even so, we did offer a 25% discount off of the repairs as a slight compensation for the troubles the tires have been causing you. Deanna Chandler, Assistant Manager
