It has been 5 years since my tires had been replaced. I have been in contact with our local Fountain Tire to check on the status of my tires. We decided in the spring they needed to be replaced before winter, so I went in to see what was available. They were able to set aside my ties and a few weeks later they were installed. I learned of some potential problems that will be addressed. What more could I ask of the people who keep me safe.

Talked to Rob over the phone. Setup appointment. Told him about slight vibration at high speed and tpms light. Wheels needed to be balanced and 1 sensor replaced. Said I would wait at shop. Approx 1hour time frame to do work and just about exactly an hour. This is why I drive to the Southside shop even though closer locations nearby. Thanks Rob.
