Originally connected through a Facebook post for a set of tires on marketplace. From that moment forward, Brett was an amazing person to deal with and very punctual and pleasant. Arrangements were very easy to make and his response time was remarkable. When we arrived we were greeted by other very friendly staff that helped us get where we needed. They then offered our two girls some toy cars which was unexpected and I felt was above and beyond! I would definitely return to this location!

Highly recommend this shop! Very friendly service and customer service. They provided a complimentary ride too and from work while my vehicle was in the shop and very clearly explained the work needed. Not once did I feel like I was getting taken advantage of which I have experienced at other shops as a woman bringing my car in!

I highly recommed Fountain Tire (Edmonton West End). This is my 3rd visit to them even though there is a Fountain tire in my town Fort Saskatchewan. I find, as a woman i can trust bringing in my vehicle here and mot being ripped off. They discuss everything, show photos of your diagnosic report where problems are, and suggest what to prioritize if budget is an issue. Friendly staff AND they have coffee

I had a leaking tire that I needed to be fixed. No appointment but was greeted by friendly staff and was told that they were busy but could get me in shortly. They took my truck in about 10-15 minutes later did the repair and I was out within an hour. Extremely impressed. Will be back.
