The office staff, specifically, gentleman named Daniel is very helpful. He accept you in first opportunity to fix your car’s problem. The interesting and important part is as I enter the office Daniel asks about the details of the issue that my car has with regards to low pressure readings and TPMS warnings and about the history of having this issue. While I am explaining, unlike other tire shops, he is putting this info in my car’s history in his computer for future reference. Kudos to him!
