These guys are personable, honest, and efficient. Great communication and customer service. It’s nice having a local mechanic who doesn’t take advantage. I’ll be booking in here whenever needed.

A reputable company. While I was waiting for an oil change, a mechanic came out to tell another customer that he should not have sensors changed as it would not help and would be a waste of his money. I appreciate that integrity.

Just got two sets of winter tires at Pincher Creek Fountain Tire. This was my first time buying tires myself - my priorities were listened to, I was given excellent advice from knowledgeable staff, without being made to feel like “just an old lady” Installation x 2 was made easy and pleasant for me, even though I had to change appointment times, several times in one day! I have never had new tires from Fountain Tire before, but after such an excellent experience, I’ll see you in Spring!

I appreciate the honesty and integrity of everyone. They showed me and explained everything so I was in the loop. Always friendly, very helpful, and they had no problem getting my SUV in when I really needed. Pricing is great, I know I can go there and not have to worry about being sold anything I don't need.
