It was an emergency service call. The truck showed up very quickly and had the tire off and spare was on quickly. We drove to the shop to have tire repaired and it was back on the car within 10 minutes. Service guy on the truck was efficient and super polite and knowledgeable. Once we got to the shop the tire was already fixed. Whole transaction from start to finish was less than an hour. Super pleased
